I must admit I wasn't a fan of blazers at first but they really have grown on me, in a good way. But I'm not sure about them over dresses...I prefer thwm with skinny jeans or denim shorts. Although it doesn't look too bad over the bright dress....hmmm
I don't own one anyway so I don't really have to worry about it..

I adore blazers. I'd buy many blazers if I could find a use for all of them. Unfortunately, I live in tropical weather, so I can't. i love rachel's and gywneth's look!
It just depends how hot it is. For summer I like something light..maybe even a shawl.
